Consecrated and Sent as Messengers of Peace

The Perpetual Profession of S. Nandini Ranasingh and Sr. Theresa Stephen Joseph, of the Province of Blessed Enrichetta, Central India, was solemnly celebrated on 11 April 2026 at St. Mary’s Minor Basilica, Secunderabad, with the theme, “Consecrated and Sent as Messengers of Peace.” The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Cardinal Poola Anthony, Archbishop of Hyderabad.

During the celebration, Sr. Nandini Ranasingh and Sr. Theresa Stephen Joseph professed their Final Vows, which were received by Sr. Emmy Gracy Vas, the Provincial Superior. The sacred liturgy was further enriched by the presence of concelebrating Priests, parents, relatives, and Sisters of the Province, along with a few Religious from other Congregations.

In a spirit of thanksgiving, the Sisters offered their lives in total consecration to God, committing themselves to be instruments of peace and love in the Church and society. The celebration proved not only a profound testimony of faith, but also a revelation of the beauty of the vocation to religious life and its mission in the Church, and all those present felt inspired to be messengers of peace..
